Contact Us

Let’s talk about your racks, stores, and goals.

Use the form below to tell us a bit about your portfolio, current challenges, and what you’d like to improve. We’ll review your details and follow up with next steps — usually a short strategy call focused on one store, one rack, or one region to start.

We work best with supermarket, grocery, and cold storage operators who want a technician-led partner focused on energy, contractor management, and compliance — not a generic facilities vendor.

The more context you can provide up front, the more specific we can be when we respond.

Helpful details to include
  • How many stores or sites you’d like to focus on initially.
  • Any known “problem” locations, racks, or chronic service issues.
  • What EMS / rack controls you’re using today (if you know).
  • Whether your biggest pain today is energy, maintenance, or compliance.

If you’d rather start with a simple question instead of a full project conversation, that’s fine too — just let us know what you’re thinking.

Common questions before we get started.

Here are quick answers to the questions we hear most often. If you don’t see your question here, just ask in the message field above and we’ll address it directly.

Do you replace our existing contractors?

No. MarketZero is vendor-neutral. We work with your current refrigeration contractors and EMS providers to fine-tune strategies, review scopes, and close compliance loops — not to take their place.

What types of sites do you work with?

Our focus is supermarket, grocery, convenience, and cold storage facilities with centralized refrigeration systems (DX, CO₂, or hybrid). If your primary concern is racks and cases, you’re in the right place.

How do engagements usually start?

Most start with one store, one rack, or one region. We review data, service history, and current practices, identify quick wins, and then build a plan to scale what works across your portfolio.

Do you only focus on energy savings?

No. Energy, maintenance, and compliance are all in scope. We’ll never recommend changes that compromise product quality or increase your risk with EPA/CARB or the health department.

Is there a commitment after the first call?

No. The initial conversation is exploratory. We’ll share what we see, where we think the best opportunities are, and you decide whether it makes sense to move forward.

What information should I have ready?

Even a rough store count, known problem locations, and your current EMS platform (if known) is enough to start. We can dig into specifics together on the call.
